Mark grew up in Westphalia, IA, graduated from Bellevue University with a degree in Organizational Communications and has over 16 years of experience in both home care, franchising, and senior living industries where he focused on aging in place service strategy. Leveraging his knowledge and industry connections, Mark’s role will be to lead the HomeCare Advocacy Network and position it for success over the next decade. Mark and his wife Sierra have 4 children and live in Omaha, NE.

Sierra grew up in Harlan, IA, and graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in marketing. Sierra has had a wide array of experience including recruiting, insurance brokerage, and contract negotiation. Sierra’s role will be to guide and direct the local operations of the franchise company, overseeing franchise contracts, training and all coordination with our business development partner, Franchise Dynamics.

Christopher “Chris” Cue grew up in Harlan, IA where he was a standout athlete. Chris graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Exercise Science and went on to Regent University for law school. After law school Chris entered the Judge Advocate General program with the Marine Corps where he served as chief prosecutor at Camp Lejeune and spent one tour of duty in Afghanistan. Chris currently holds his LLM for finance law and owns his own investment company out of Chicago, IL where he practices law independently.

Laura grew up in Marion, IA, and graduated with degrees in graphic design and advertising from Iowa State University. She went on to work for Segura Inc. in Chicago until branching out on her own. Laura has worked on brands like Mongoose Bicycles and Swatch, won awards including the Tokyo Type Directors award, and been recommended in the #1 Ultimate Google book for her digital design expertise. Laura is committed to building a consistent, fresh and recognizable brand for The Home Care Advocacy Network. Laura lives in Chicago with her husband Nate and 8 children.

Tracy grew up in Ashland, NE, and graduated from University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Tracy has held various positions at a local in-home services branch that has included Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, Marketing Manager and Operations Manager. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge from the home care industry. Tracy and Patrice Thabault, our Training Consultant, have built a robust training program that will provide excellent support and resources for the HomeCare Advocacy Network. Tracy lives in Omaha with her husband Jason and 4 children.

Now more than ever, affordable continuous home care is important. In this document, we discuss the impact of the current status of multiple factors that speak to the fact that continuous home care can have a substantial impact on our society by maintaining older adults to successfully age-in-place and relief for unpaid caregivers. Additionally, the recent pandemic has forced rapid change in health care delivery as stay-at-home for older adults is highly recommended into the foreseeable future.
