What Does Our Franchise Training Include?

All new franchisees receive 80 hours of training with our leaders. This includes 40 hours at our Omaha, Nebraska office, followed by an additional 40 hours of on-site support. Initial training covers:

  • Customer Relations
  • Management
  • Daily Operating Procedures
  • Marketing
  • Financial Reporting
  • Intranet and POS Usage

Who Trains New Franchisees?

Driven by their own senior care experiences, HomeCare Advocacy Network founders Mark and Sierra Goetz take a hands-on approach with new franchisees. Each HomeCare representative who works with franchisees has 10 or more years of relevant experience. Together, we offer a wealth of home care and business knowledge in a robust training program followed by ongoing support.
