The HomeCare Advocacy Network of Southwest Iowa ownership team is diverse group of individuals with one thing in common – they all have roots in Southwest Iowa.

As a group, they are committed to providing members of the community with purpose-driven career opportunities while delivering exceptional care to seniors who want remain in their homes for as long as possible.

Jakob Burke considers himself one of the lucky ones – grateful to have had strong bonds with all four of his grandparents. It was through those relationships that his desire to serve seniors took root.

A graduate of St. John’s University, Jakob has experience volunteering with and working for nonprofit organizations. He is a purpose-driven leader who is committed to providing exceptional care and elevating the privilege of caregiving.

Jakob believes everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. He feels fortunate to be working in an industry that allows him to give back to the community, build meaningful relationships and provide consistent, compassionate care to the families he serves.

We take care of seniors! The AARP found that 90%+ of seniors want to “age in place,” requiring more home care services. As the world’s senior population grows, so will the need for senior home care services.
