The HomeCare Advocacy Network of Southwest Iowa ownership team is diverse group of individuals with one thing in common – they all have roots in Southwest Iowa.

As a group, they are committed to providing members of the community with purpose-driven career opportunities while delivering exceptional care to seniors who want remain in their homes for as long as possible.

Jakob Burke considers himself one of the lucky ones – grateful to have had strong bonds with all four of his grandparents. It was through those relationships that his desire to serve seniors took root.

A graduate of St. John’s University, Jakob has experience volunteering with and working for nonprofit organizations. He is a purpose-driven leader who is committed to providing exceptional care and elevating the privilege of caregiving.

We take care of seniors! The AARP found that 90%+ of seniors want to “age in place,” requiring more home care services. As the world’s senior population grows, so will the need for senior home care services.
