HCAN is Proud to Accept Medicaid

At HCAN, we are proud to be a Medicaid approved home care provider. We also know that it can be a challenge to understand whether you, or a loved one, is eligible for home care services. We’re here to help guide you through.

Let’s start with the basics. First, you have to be enrolled or eligible for Medicaid. See further down on how to apply.

WITH HCAN, I CAN!

Here’s Where We Can Help:

The Aged and Disabled Waiver Program

Home and community-based services allow people to receive these at home or in their community rather than in isolated settings. Many are provided via waivers, beyond those regularly covered by Medicaid. Specifically, we are approved to help you under the Aged and Disabled Waiver Program.

Simply put, under this program, you can receive services such as caregiving in your own home. The program is to serve people who are eligible for Medicaid and have needs of a nursing facility level, but want to live in their own home.
